Position: Learning Support Assistant

Hours: Full-time, 8:30am - 3:30pm, TERM TIME ONLY

Start Date: Immediate

Duration: Temporary, Ongoing

Location: Plymouth and surrounding areas

Requirements: Driver's license, Previous SEN Experience

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the development and growth of students with SEN. Working closely with teachers and school staff, you will provide personalised support to students, assist in lesson delivery, and help create an inclusive learning environment for all.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN
- Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons
- Foster a positive and safe classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and colleagues
- Support students in achieving their academic and pastoral goals

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working with individuals with SEN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion, patience, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
