**The Role**

We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our team within the College’s Skills Development department.

Responsibilities include supporting classroom delivery of a range of theory and practical topics. Monitoring of students over break times, behavior management, supporting the recording and tracking of progress, sharing information with tutors, students and parents.

- **Organising**: Managing time and resources to help learners engage and achieve, This could include PPE, maintaining learning environments, creating resources and using IT systems to monitor and track progress.
