**Purpose of Job**:
To ensure the business and site operates in a fair and beneficial way, whilst ensuring the needs and requirements of our client are met in full, and to deliver excellent levels of service both internally and externally.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all mail received is processed accordingly, including any outgoing for both ASG and the client.
- Support all areas within the Events Team and within the client teams, including reporting, secretarial duties and diary management where required.
- Assist in the management of all site-specific accreditations and standards.
- Assist in the collation and approval of site-specific expenses and event related expenditure.
- To assist in managing the relationships between ASG, its staff, clients, and suppliers with regards to all activities.
- Assist with the management of the quality and environmental standards of the business and our obligations against any customer and accreditation requirements.
- Assist in the purchase and sales activity relating o the department and in its events. Training will be given on internal financial systems.
- Assist the department heads in staff bookings, sourcing hotels, trains, planes and any business-related travel requirements, ensuring the most appropriate and cost-effective solution is found at all times; provide confirmations for all parties including Finance.
- Assist and participate in ‘non-role’ related projects as required by the business and/or the client.
- Assist and participate in the creation of departmental targets and objectives.
- To promote the ethics and standards of the company throughout all aspects of the day-to-day role.
- To lead and work in a safe and environmentally manner and to promote and encourage all others to do so also whether they be colleagues or otherwise.

- Always deliver excellent levels of customer service ensuring that the service provision exceeds the demands of our clients.

**Knowledge, skills, and experience required.**
- Minimum level of competency using a computer, with the ability to operate Microsoft Office packages.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
