Customer Engagement Advisor

Easy-Trim Roofing & Construction Products are looking for a Customer Experience Advisor to join the team. The primary objectives of this role are to proactively engage with customer to promote our products, generating leads, build strong customer relationships and drive revenue growth.
Salary - £30,000 per annum plus bonus
Hybrid working is available and requirements for this can be discussed at interview.
**Main Duties**
**Telesales**:
- Proactively engage with potential customers to promote Easy Trim's roofing and construction products.
- Initiates outbound calls to prospective customers and qualifies leads based on their needs and purchasing potential. Utilises various lead generation techniques to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Presents and articulates the features, benefits and unique selling points to potential customers effectively communicate pricing, discounts and promotions to drive sales.
- Conduct outbound calls to generate new business leads and opportunities.
- Provide product information, pricing, and support to customers.
**Customer Services**:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
- Establishes and maintains strong customer relationships through regular followup calls. Provides accurate and timely information regarding product availability delivery schedules and order status.
- Assist customers in product selection, order placement, and after-sales support.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Utilises customer relationship management (Sales-i) software to track sales activities, leads and customer interactions. Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of customer information, sales opportunities and sales forecasts.
- Collaborates with the sales team, customer service representatives and other internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
**Order Processing**:
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor order status and provide updates to customers as needed.
**Relationship Building**:
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers to enhance loyalty.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share customer feedback and market insights.
**Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Generate reports on sales and customer service performance as needed.
