**Pay**: £12.55 - £13.55 ph (weekly)

Lavoro Care are a specialist health and social care agency, with a proven track record suppling to both Children’s and Adult Social Care Services.
Lavoro Care provides experienced, skilled Support Workers to assist and support vulnerable adults and young adults in a range of settings including Residential / Supported living / Community and Educational.
We take pride in recruiting and matching multiple level experienced Support Workers who have an existing background within the care sector.
**Overview of the roles and responsibilities**:
- Work in a team environment at all times to provide full care and support to your client
- Administer medication (if required)
- Follow each clients support plans and risk assessments, ensuring their safety and wellbeing
- To have an active role in assisting each individual towards achieving a realistic standard of independence
- Take genuine interest in the client’s hobbies and what they enjoy
- Utilise de-escalation techniques where required
- Maintain a high level of report writing and recording
- Driving licence preferred but not essential
- Have a minimum of 6 months care related experience, working with Adults
- Have a natural ability to build positive relationships with young people and earn their trust
- Have the confidence to be able to manage challenging situations if necessary
- Willing to complete all our FREE training, Mandatory and Restraint training provided
- Possess a can-do attitude and compassionate attitude
