In Gloucester, you’ll support people with a learning disability, autism or both, at homeand in the community to live life in the way they choose. You don’t necessarily need experience as we provide training. Alternatively, you may have experience as a care assistant or care worker.

As part of our bank team covering Gloucester, you'll work in shifts and will be available on a flexible basis. Shifts are available in a number of locations within the Gloucestershire region and you'll be willing and able to travel a variety of locationsto pick up shifts.

You’ll have flexibility and access to shifts that suit you; you could choose to work for a day here and there, during term times or holidays, evenings only or weekends only. If you're looking for weekend or waking nights only, then these options can be consideredhowever you will be required to complete any training during the day or weekdays. As this is a casual role shifts are not guaranteed.
