Here at AEG we are looking for three indivudals to fill our Sales Trainee position.

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Trainee to join our team. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to learn about sales techniques, customer interactions, and product knowledge while receiving hands-on training from experienced sales professionals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Shadowing experienced sales representatives to gain knowledge of the sales process
- Learning how to generate leads and build relationships with potential customers
- Assisting in preparing sales presentations and proposals
- Participating in sales meetings and training sessions
- Understanding customer needs and recommending products or services that best fit those needs

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
