Job Title: Trainee Sales Executive
Location: Onsite, Sheffield City Centre (S1)
Salary: £24,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £30,000–£40,000 in Year 1, £40,000-£55,000 in Year2)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–3:45pm (early finish at 3:30pm on Fridays)

The Role: Trainee Sales Executive
Are you hungry for success and excited by the idea of closing deals with decision-makers? As a Trainee Sales Executive, you'll receive comprehensive training and one-on-one mentorship to help you build your own client base, manage relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced, exciting sales environment.
This role is based fully onsite at our Sheffield office. Work from home options are not available.
This is the perfect entry point for someone looking to launch a long-term career in B2B sales—with clear progression, big earning potential, and real support from day one.
What You'll Get:
- £24,000 base salary + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE £30,000–£40,000, Year 2 OTE £40,000-£55,000)

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with a portfolio of leads to generate sales and referrals
- Build and manage your own client base of senior decision-makers across the UK and internationally
- Nurture long-term relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Stay up to date with the latest high-profile sporting and cultural events
- Receive full training and ongoing coaching to ensure you hit your goals and grow your career
