A fantastic opportunity to work for an exciting worldwide aesthetics market giant. Our client is looking for a high calibre Senior Executive Assistant to join their team. With an impressive office based Marlow, this role is a hybrid working, 12 month initialcontract with the potential to extend which will be rewarded with a great renumeration package.

The role comprises 3 parts:
(i) general administrative/EA duties supporting the Head of Business Technology Services International with travel, calendaring and miscellaneous tasks,

(ii) general administration related to team activities and co-ordinating a global team, arranging team meetings, preparation and execution of team status updates etc and

(iii) operational financial processing including the recording of Purchase Orders into the procurement systems, creation of Statements of Work, chasing down and processing Invoices etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Booking and managing all travel, hotels and team meeting venue/logistics bookings
- Creating and managing agendas for virtual team meetings, workstream meetings, capturing minutes, actions.
- Chasing / follow-up outstanding actions.
- Creating / refining PowerPoint presentations.
- Onboarding vendors
- Raising POs
- Financial management by creating and tracking Capital Expense requests
- Creating SOWs (statements of work)
- Latest Business Estimate updates
- Problem solving process inefficiencies
- Create trackers, collate information in support of me/ASMs/ other as required. Mail merge capability, basic web design capability.
- Admin support on specific adhoc projects for me/ my DRs
- Monitoring outstanding training completion for the managers teams, managing first follow up messages

**About You**:

- Related experience in a similar role
- SAP experience desirable or understanding of Finance systems
- Experience working with remote teams, and with vendor resources
- Experience working within a fast paced and pressurised environment
- Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Ability to prioritise and think on your feet.
- Tenacious, self-starter mentality.
