**About the Role**

As our **Lead Direct Marketing Analyst** you will be responsible for using data and analytics to drive performance and efficiencies within our direct marketing efforts. This will involve developing and documenting data flows and processes, workingwith our data science teams on enhancing selection methologies, working with our marketing team to define and implement strategies, and building up a suite of reporting and insight that will help us to continuosly optimise. The role will require somebody whohas solid technical data analytics skills, combined with strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and also strong organisational skills.

**What you can expect from our Lead Direct Marketing Analyst Role**
- Owns processes and dataflows that support Direct Marketing efforts, including data processing, enhancement, cleansing and delivery to third party providers.
- Works closely with the data science team to further develop and enhance our selection methodologies and models, ensuring that we are always working to maximise return on investment of direct marketing initiatives.
- Work in collaboration with the marketing team to define experiments and tests, that help us to understand performance and size opportunities, and then analyse these tests and feedback results and recommendations to the business.
- Develop a suite of reporting and regular insights that keep the business updated on current performance, and ensure regular feedback is provided to business teams who need to take actions from the insights.
- Work with the analytics team to define, built, implement, and provide insight on different customer groups, allowing Lands’ End to effectively target and treat customers according to their preferences, wants and needs.
- Identify opportunities for standardisation & automation of existing solutions and processes to enable Lands’ End to realise the maximum potential from our teams.

What we would expect from you:

- Strong hands on data extraction, manipulation and analysis skills using SQL or SQL based languages to combine data from multiple tables and sources to create bespoke views.
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statisitcal packages and tools for analysing datasets such as R, Python, SAS Ect..)
- Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting platforms such as PowerBI or Tableau.
- Great Communication skills across all levels of management, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment.
- The ability to multi-task, especially under pressure and effectively prioritise.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working closely with Marketing teams in a data driven role.
