Harbour Leaning Trust is looking for a new Chief Operating & Finance Officer to support the Trust at a time of exciting change and challenge.

Currently, the Trust consists of nine academies; 2 secondaries and 7 primaries in Lincolnshire with a combined total of 4,200 children in our schools. The Trusts’s budget is circa £25m.

The COFO will provide leadership and management of all aspects of finance and also lead on HR, Payroll, Estates, MIS and IT, as well as make a significant contribution to the strategic direction of the Trust. All the work of the COFO will be rooted in ensuringbenefit to the pupils and communities the Trust serves.

As a qualified Accountant and an experienced finance professional with outstanding leadership skills at a senior level, you should bring an enterprising approach to business development, strategy and partnerships.

The COFO will work closely with the CEO in contributing to strategy and policy development, leading on many aspects to, will include regular reporting to the Trust Board and the production of high quality reports. The appointee will develop and deliver aproactive customer focussed service engaged in a positive manner with both internal and external stakeholders.

The expectation is that the new COFO will take up post in June thus facilitating a handover with the present incumbent.
