**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with the check-in process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing guest needs.
- Assist in resolving any guest complaints or issues in a timely and courteous manner.
- Support housekeeping and maintenance teams by coordinating room readiness and reporting any maintenance concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in the hotel management system.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless operations across departments.
- Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Support Front of house during service times including bar work on various locations across site.
- Managing the guest experience in the club to assist with watersport activities, grass sports, kids clubs, gym facilities.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not essential.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable, enabling effective communication with diverse guests.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and colleagues alike.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: Up to £30,476.00 per year
