The Cliff Hotel Gorleston is a renowned establishment known for its picturesque location, delectable cuisine, and impeccable service.

We are a busy hotel that offers numerous dining experiences under one roof from an a-la-carte menu and themed afternoon teas ,to catering for large functions. Our sea view terraces, overlooking Gorleston beach has some of the most sort after tables in town.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Present menus, provide recommendations, and take accurate orders from guests.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, adhering to our quality standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and timely service.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including dining areas and service stations.
- Attend to special requests and dietary preferences with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Handle guest enquiries and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Process payments and operate the till system accurately.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables as needed.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and work together to exceed guest expectations.
- We are a 24 hour business serving breakfast, lunch and dinner so flexible shifts across the day are on offer.

- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Flexibility in work hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £6.40-£11.44 per hour
