**The Opportunity**

We have the opportunity for you to join our team as a Demand Planner. Some of what you can expect to be doing includes:

- Manage and maintain both short term and future demand plan
- Tailoring different ways of working with external customers & SW account managers.
- Develop demand plan based on business trends and demand patterns.
- Analyse and troubleshoot demand related issues in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicate the forecast to the planning teams and collaboratively work with them to resolve specific forecast and / or capacity issues.
- Promotional forecasting - aligning promotional phasing across various categories/customers
- Lead monthly forecast review sessions with commercial managers to verify the latest promotional plans, range reviews and NPD are realistically reflected in the forecast.

- Experience in demand planning and management in a complex environment
- Strong Excel, System 21, and reporting skills
- An ability to learn new IT systems quickly
- An ability to manage and interpret data quickly to ensure accuracy
- Experience of working with internal and external stakeholders
