**We have a fantastic opportunity for a confident and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our Central Convenience Team**

Our Sales Assistants play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, ensuring the store is fully stocked, and driving sales at our site at Marsh Barton

16 hrs A WEEK 2 X 8 HR SHIFTS EARLIEST START COLD BE 6 AM LATEST FINISH COULD BE 7 PM YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO DO KITCHEN TAKEAWAY WORK AT LEAST 1 DAY A WEEK AND YES YOU WILL HAVE TO WORK WHEN ON SHIFT THIS WILL INCLUDE WEEKEND WORK FROM TIME TO TIME **IT IS NOT** MONDAY TO FRIDAY WHEN TRAINED WE DO SINGLE MAN AT WEEKENDS

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Acknowledge customers with a smile
- Respond to queues and queries
- Attentive to customer needs
- Always be courteous, cheerful, and respectful
- Recommend productions and promotions
- Carry out freshness checks
- Ensure till accuracy
- Perform stock replenishment and merchandising in accordance with company guidelines
- Ownership of personal presentation and punctuality
