We’re searching for a Guest Experience Host in Holborn to join our team of free thinkers and collaborators.

As a key member of the reception team you will provide memorable guest service and genuine hospitality at every stage of the guest journey - from taking the initial reservation, to providing a warm welcome and making a lasting impression when our guestscheckout.

**A role less ordinary.**
- To be the ‘go to’ person for our guests, contractors and visitors
- Taking payments, cash handling and end of day reconciliation
- Supporting the General Manager to ensure that our Housekeeping and Maintenance Teams consistently achieve a high standard of apartments
- Checking in and checking out our guests

**Who you are.**
- GCSE/NVQ (including English and Maths)
- Proficiency in written and spoken English language
- Customer Service Skills
- Proficient with IT systems and software (including Microsoft Office)

**Our natural habitat.**

This is a full-time position where you will be working 37.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7.

This role is based at SACO Holborn - You'll be just a stone’s throw from London’s vibrant West End, theatre district and The City making our aparthotel ideal for both work and play. You'll also find plenty to explore in the local area too with Bloomsburyhome to some of London’s best kept secrets.
