We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team of DayMakers as a Community Receptionist for one of our amazing fashion clients based in Camden, London.

What does being a DayMaker Receptionist look like?

  • Be part of a close-knit team of three: yourself, another DayMaker, and the Site Manager, working together to deliver a seamless guest experience.
  • Monitor and action incoming emails and queries, ensuring meeting room bookings, events, and client requests are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Book and coordinate meeting rooms and events, including room setups to brand standards (manual handling required).
  • Use Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and other workplace tech confidently.
  • Conduct regular floor walks and communicate effectively with your team to resolve any issues quickly.
  • Ensure every guest and employee receives a warm welcome and a memorable farewell.
  • Deliver ridiculously amazing service by being authentically you
  • Be health & safety conscious at all times.
  • Connect with employees and guests, offering a personal touch and aiming to be the highlight of their day.
  • Be a key point of contact and welcome new members into the community.
  • Manage guest registration processes with professionalism.
  • Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanour at all times.
  • Tackle unexpected challenges with a calm, solutions-focused mindset.
  • No two days are the same – you'll be a receptionist, entertainer, supporter, and planner, all while delivering a personable and polished service.

It's all about you

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Outstanding communication skills – both written and spoken.
  • A passion for delivering amazing customer service.
  • A methodical and meticulous approach to work.
  • A positive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong admin skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and video platforms like Zoom or MS Teams.
  • A bit of tech-savviness – always a bonus
  • The ability to multitask, stay organised, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles where creating a positive experience was key.
  • A team-first mentality
  • Confidence and a personable nature, while always understanding that the service we provide must align with the client's expectations and brand values — this remains the top priority at all times.

Working Hours:

  • Monday & Tuesday: 08:00 – 17:00
  • Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 08:00 – 18:00

(43 hours per week)
