**Play a key role **
As Head of Product, you will play a key role in shaping and driving our product strategy and development. We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic thinker with a passion for creating innovative solutions that meet customer needs. Success in this role requires deep expertise in product management, customer insights, market trends, and business acumen, combined with the ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team.

You will oversee a team of five direct reports and work closely with cross-functional teams to foster product innovation, accelerate growth, and enhance customer satisfaction. This position sits within the product function, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

**The role in a nutshell, you’ll be**
- Developing and executing product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plans to drive growth and revenue for our SaaS platform.
- Collaborating with end users and teams from customer success, support, sales, and marketing to gather customer insights and market trends, translating these into product features and requirements.
- Leading a team of five direct reports, offering guidance, feedback, and mentorship to support their growth and ensure successful product management across all areas.
- Shaping and managing product lifecycle processes, from defining product vision and roadmap to prioritisation, development, and launch.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including design, delivery, customer success, support, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless product delivery and strong customer adoption.
- Defining and tracking key product metrics, using data-driven insights to guide product decisions and iterate on features and functionality.
- Staying on top of market and competitive trends, ensuring our product stays relevant and aligned with industry best practices.

**Do you have the Bud DNA? What we’re looking for**
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in a SaaS environment, with a proven track record of launching and scaling successful products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for leveraging data to inform and drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of collaborating effectively with
cross-functional teams and leading a team of direct reports.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment, with a solid understanding of product management tools and methodologies.

**But it would be amazing if you’re experienced in or have knowledge of**
- Experience of working in a Training Provider and/or government funded learning.
- Experience of technical API and system integration work.
- Knowledge of software development and/or computer science

Pay: £75,000.00-£85,000.00 per year
