Employee Relations Advisor

**Permanent - Full Time (would consider part time)**
We’re looking for an experienced **Employee Relations Advisor **to join our established **Business Improvement Team** on a permanent basis.
We strive to give our employees the best possible outcomes and are committed to a great service, and our ER team add value to staff and managers by supporting them with employee relations advice and training.
You’ll guide our line managers on a range of employment relation cases, including absence management, poor performance, organisational change, disciplinaries and grievances, coupled with attending formal meetings, advising on employment law, procedures andbest practice to ensure we consistently do the right thing by our staff.This is an exciting opportunity to shape our future policies and processes through the reviewing and updating of our core policy documents as well as getting involved in project work acrossthe HR function.
With a CIPD qualification, or equivalent, you’ll have experience of working in an advisory role, with significant experience of supporting complex employee relations cases, along with reviewing and updating People Policies. With an excellent understandingof UK legislation across all HR policies and procedures, you’ll have senior stakeholder management experience, liaising and consulting with trade union representatives with an update knowledge of employment law and best practice.
We’d be interested in hearing from you if you have worked at an advisory level and have experience in providing clear, pragmatic advice to line managers on core people policies, however if you have significantly more experience and are able to take loadon more complex case and project work, we’d really welcome you to apply.
- We’re flexible with hybrid working, however there will be a requirement to attend team meetings and casework at Oxford Town Hall._
