This role is integral to maintaining our warehouse operations, ensuring products are accurately received, stored, and shipped.

**Job Summary**:
The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfilment, shipping, and receiving. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to meet our operational goals.

The Warehouse Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**_: Maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular stock counts, and ensure stock levels meet company needs. Report discrepancies and implement corrective actions as needed.
- **Order Fulfilment**_: Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment. Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize orders based on customer requirements and deadlines.
- **Shipping & Receiving**_: Supervise incoming and outgoing shipments, verify the accuracy of shipments, and inspect items for damage or defects. Manage all associated documentation.
- **Safety & Compliance**_: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment, implementing best practices for safe warehouse operations.
- **Team Coordination**_: Work closely with the warehouse team to assign tasks, set goals, and ensure efficient workflow. Provide training and support to team members as needed.
- **Reporting & Documentation**_: Prepare and maintain accurate reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, shipment status, and performance metrics.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics (minimum of 2-3 years preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed and stand for long periods.
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety practices and regulations.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
