**About the Role**

Everard is a premium garage equipment design and installation company based in Yorkshire. We combine product expertise with a dynamic approach to ensure that workshop facilities reflect the impeccable standards of the vehicles our clients maintain. Working as part of a small team, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day activities of the Parts department. Main responsibilities:

- Coordinate and book in all deliveries to ensure a smooth flow of work throughout the day.
- Check delivered goods against paperwork to ensure correct items have been delivered, in the correct quantity and without damage.
- Load and unload trucks and vans in line with H&S procedures.
- Notify relevant personnel/suppliers of any damaged goods received and place in the Quarantine area, awaiting further instruction.
- Physical movement of stock from the Goods In area to the warehouse/parts department.
- Pack and put away stock into their correct bin locations.
- Maintain yard and department tidiness/recycle all packaging.
- Undertake stocktaking activities as directed and keep stock control systems up to date.
- Always ensure health and safety compliance.

You need to have:

- Driving licence.
- A great work ethic.
- A methodical approach and attention to detail.
- Ability to work to procedures.
- PC literate with good administration skills.
- Physical fitness as manual handling and heavy lifting are integral to the role.
- Flexibility to work additional hours when required.
- Counterbalance forklift licence would be advantageous.

**Salary, Hours and Benefits**
- £24,000 - £27,000 per annum depending on experience
- 40 hours pw 8:00am to 5:00pm Mon-Fri; plus overtime as required
- 4% employer's pension contribution

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
