As a customer sales adviser your role will be focused on providing a great customer sales experience and leaving a lasting, positive impression.
As you develop in your role, you’ll gain an in-depth knowledge of the products and services on offer, and we’ll give you all the training you need to succeed. You may not have all the answers, and that’s okay, as you’ll have a friendly team around you who are always there to assist, helping you find the right answers and all the resources you need.

We have a fantastic home based sales opportunity where your role will be all about helping people, providing great customer sales experience, and leaving a lasting impression, whilst representing a leading Telecommunications brand.
As you develop in the role, you’ll gain an in-depth knowledge of the products and services on offer, and we’ll give you all the training you need to know how to communicate this in lots of different ways, so the customer gets all the information they need. You may not have all the answers, and that’s okay, as you’ll have a friendly team around you who are always there to assist, helping you find the right answers and all the resources you need to succeed in your role.

**What you’ll be doing**:
- Perform an effective needs analysis by contacting people in the last 6 months of their mobile phone contract with Virgin Media O2
- Successfully objection handle
- Deliver a top quality customer service
- Build rapport with customers
- Using market and product knowledge to up-sell the best possible mobile phone offers & services for each individual customer, working on an outbound service
**What we’re looking for**:
- Confident and outgoing personality.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Sales driven.
- Competent in reading scripture.
- Basic maths ability.
- Above all - a warm and welcoming personality

- You will work on a 3-week set shift rotation between the hours of 10am-8pm Monday-Thursday, 9:30am-6pm Fridays. 1 in 3 Saturdays is also required between the hours of 9am-4pm.
- 40 hours per week
