Focused Recruitment are currently recruiting for a number of Clean Room/Process Operators to join our clients manufacturing plant in the Rhymney area (Heads of the Valleys)

Our client is a global advanced wound care medical manufacturing company who export product globally - very much an employer of choice within the local area.

**Hours of work**

These roles are working across a days & nights pattern **Friday, Saturday & Sunday** - 36 hours per week.
- Day shift - 07:00am - 19:00pm Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
- Night shift - 19:00pm - 07:00am Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out production runs as required by production schedule in line with KPI’s
- Complete accurate records of all specified products to ensure full audit trail.
- Ensuring machinery is running to optimum capacity
- Perform routine operations on all test and measurements equipment.
- Assist in modifications and process improvement programmes.
- Responsible for maintaining local bay area/ loading areas.
- Participate in any problem solving and continuous improvement programmes focused on achieving business objectives.

**Experienced / skills required**
- Previous background working within manufacturing industry (medical, automotive, aerospace or FMCG)
- Familiar with working to quality systems and standards
- Familiar working to continuous improvement tools and systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: £18.30 per hour
