IT 1st Line Service Desk

A 3 months+ opportunity for an **IT 1st Line support** has arisen with the local authorities in Stafford.
You will deliver exceptional customer service through the effective logging, investigation and resolution of IT incidents, problems and requests. This is a very busy and challenging environment.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Must have some current IT Service Desk Experience.
- Active Directory / Windows administration.
- Microsoft Office - intermediate/advanced (2016 & O365).
- Windows 10 support.
- Exchange Admin.
- Hardware Support for Desktops and Laptops.
- Mobile Device Management
- IP Telephony
Hours of work are 8am till 5pm, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The post is 5 days a week - 2 days in the office and 3 days from home so you will need a stable internet connection. We will provide equipment needed.
