Lead Software Developer - Remote Working - Up to £60k
On behalf of our growing client based in Bolton, we are recruiting for a talented Lead Software Developer. As Lead Software Developer, you will be the technical point of contact for software implementation across our client’s central function, as well asproviding support for the enhancement and development of their core systems.

The Lead Software Developer will be responsible for:

- Writing testable, scalable, and efficient code and leading code reviews
- Mentoring junior team members and ensuring they adhere to determining software quality standards
- Hiring and training technical personnel
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and help translate these into technical requirements for the development team
- Planning and documenting technical specifications for features or system design

The Lead Software Developer will have the following:

- Working knowledge of NodeJS
- Working knowledge of React/React native
- Understanding of AWS, but training will be provided
- Understanding of database technology such as MySQL and SQL
- Experience mentoring junior team members
