**About The Role**:
Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate the daily dispatch of drivers, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries
- Train and mentor drivers, providing guidance on best practices and safety protocols
- Monitor driver performance, conducting regular evaluations and providing feedback for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding transportation and driver operations
- Investigate and resolve any customer complaints or issues related to transportation services
- Maintain accurate records of driver schedules, routes, and vehicle maintenance

**About You**:
**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional driver, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
