**THE COMPANY**

As a Web Analyst with these top digital specialists, you'll be working for three months to help improve their websites while also honing your own skills.

**THE ROLE**

More specifically, this will involve:

- Being involved in the CRO process, aiming to improve and develop it.
- Creating and reporting on Adobe Analytics accounts
- Implementing and optimising tags
- Working alongside senior members of the agency while also mentoring more junior staff

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Solid experience working with Adobe Analytics
- Determining the appropriate targets and then meeting them
- Carrying out research on users to streamline the CRO process
- Helping less experienced colleagues improve their own skillsets where necessary
