**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing and Social Media Intern to join our team at Impact Fundry. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and social media presence, helping us raise awareness of our firm and attract potential clients and partners. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the finance industry, build your portfolio, and contribute to our growth while working closely with our marketing team.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in managing and updating our firm's social media platforms, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Create engaging and relevant content for social media posts, blog articles, and newsletters.
- Monitor social media trends and industry news to identify opportunities for engagement and interaction.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns to promote our firm's initiatives and portfolio companies.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and industry influencers for potential partnership opportunities.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing social media metrics and performance to make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Support the marketing team in organizing and promoting events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Help maintain and update the firm's website content and ensure it remains up-to-date and visually appealing.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, digital marketing, and the finance industry.

**Qualifications**
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or recent graduates).
- Strong interest in marketing, social media, and the finance industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to come up with engaging content ideas.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools is a bonus but not required.
