**Duties**:
As an intern you will be supporting and in some cases responsible for some of the below activites:

- You will be using our state of the art AI based Social Publishing platform to effectively plan and build visually striking and catchy posts.
- Effectively use our AI platform to manage simultaneous postings across IG, FB, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube and TikTok
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video content
- You will be confident making videos of yourself to promote the brand and our use case to customers across TikTok, IG and LinkedIn
- Monitor social media channels for customer comments, questions, and feedback
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze social media data and insights to optimize performance and inform future strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
- Create regular and frequent blogs for the company with the help of our AI Content writer
- Plan and Implement PPC campaigns using our AI digital marketing platform

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTokand YouTube
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content
- Proficiency in using social media management tools to schedule posts, monitor analytics, and engage with followers
- Basic graphic design skills to create visually appealing social media content
- Confident in front of camera as a presenter to create brand content
- Familiarity with public relations principles and practices
- Highly driven, organised and burst of energy will be pivotal for this role.

As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in managing our brand's online presence and engaging with our audience. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, monitoring social media channels, responding to customer inquiries, and analyzing data to optimize our social media strategies.
