Applause IT are looking for a Digital Account Manager to join an award-winning Digital Agency based in Birmingham. They work with a wide number of customers including automotive, retail, public sector, utilities and housing sectors. This role would suita confident Digital Marketer who has experience managing customer projects and is looking to make their next step.
As an Account Manager, you will carry out digital delivery, develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, and manage multiple digital campaigns. You will also be involved in growing and retaining business with existing clients.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing the full process of the project including a project plan, project milestones and managing customer expectations. You'll be involved in appraising digital UX and QA/UAT of all functionalities of digitalwork. In addition, you will prepare proposals/presentations to win further business from both new and existing businesses.
**Key Skills & Experience**
- 2 years' experience of account management experience in a digital agency or digital role within an integrated agency
- Experience and a passion for digital marketing
- Experience working on digital projects such as websites, apps, and digital campaigns
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Good attention to detail
**Desired**
- Experience with Project Management software such as Trello, Jira etc.
