**Solutions Developer** **Maidstone** **£38-42k** **VR/03118J** To assist the Director of IT with system development of our client's platforms, maintenance of existing platforms both for internal and external customers if required. Supporting the Directors with the execution of new platforms in line with the company's Products strategy. **MAIN JOB SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Design and implementation of the overall web architecture - "Pixel-perfect" implementation of user interfaces - Design and deployment of SQL databases - Ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability - Design and implementation of continuous integration and deployment **DUTIES INCLUDE**: - Project-based work, liaising closely with Directors and Management - Writing and establishing new code for new platforms - Adapting existing codes - System Testing - Keeping records of the project - Attending customer meetings if required to demonstrate the company's Platforms **SKILLS** - At least three years of experience: - Programming in C# using MVC5, Core 2, and Entity Framework (ORM) - Writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Being up on latest practices is a must, e.g., HTML5, CSS3 - Database design and management, including being up on the latest practices and associated versions - Server management and deployment for the relevant environment - Familiarity with a relevant and globally supported framework-both front-end and back-end { e.g., React, Bootstrap, jQuery} - Thorough understanding of user experience - Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests - Proficiency with TFS version control - Appreciation for clean and well documented code - Attention to detail and design - Good Communication skills - Planning, organisational and time management skills - Problem-solving - Ability to work as part of a team - Working to tight deadlines.
