**IT Support Coordinator - Office365 - Solihull**

**IT Support Coordinator** required for a technology focused company based in Solihull to be responsible for working with the IT Manager in delivering customer focused IT support and co-ordinating support and IT improvement initiatives. Youwill be involved in co-ordinating supply and delivery of end user equipment and co-ordinating elements of IT improvement projects. Gaining hands on experience with IT and security improvement initiatives, working with third party suppliers and IT processesin an international organisation.

The **salary** on offer for this position is between **£30,000 and £35,000** per annum.

Please note this role requires you to work full tiem in the office in Marston Green.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Co-ordination of hardware and security maintenance and improvements rollout for remote staff by external suppliers
- Organising hardware supply and delivery to end users
- Maintaining IT asset registers and other IT administration
- Facilitate periodic equipment renewal and disposal
- Assisting with phone system and mobile phone set up and provisioning
- Training for new staff members and new systems for staff members
- Other duties required within the scope and spirit of the post

**Key Skills**
- Excellent customer service skills via all communication channels.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
- It is essential that you have experience with Office 365, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams Administration. along with experience of setting up distribution lists, security groups and M365 Groups.
- You will also need experience of Azure AD and Remote Desktop.
- You must have strong presentation and interpersonal skills, excellent organisational skills with good attention to detail.
- The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and monitor and prioritise tasks is also essential.
- Effective organisation and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to take direction, ask appropriate questions and complete tasks independently.
