**Project Manager**

For an office relocation in Doncaster - c.£40k pro rata - Fixed term for 6 months min - although is likely to go permanement

**As thisProject Manager role is to orchestrate an office relocation which affects one hundred staff members, dutiesinclude**:
End-to-end project management

Opening two new offices and closing five small sites - all in Doncaster

Leading the physical and logístical aspects, keeping H&S at the forefront

Communicating regularly with an Office Move Group and all third parties e.g. I.T provider, property owner, removal operatives and all other vendors

Working alongside the Senior Management Team to create a modern and inviting office culture

Develop and monitor briefs to ensure the project is delivered on time and on-budget

Consult with all stakeholders and be the first point of contact for legal conveyancing

**In order to deliver, the Project Manager is expected tohave**:
Proven experience in managing an office move or large-scale impact change program with lease negotiation

Exceptional people skills and change management experience

IT resilience management, set up/telephony/digital comms and facilitation skills being able to manage the connectivity across several sites

PRINCE2 or other relevant qualifications would be advantageous

**Benefits**include

**Salary**: c£40k - this is initially a 6-month FTC and so the salary is P/R. Due to the buoyancy of the business, there is definite potential for the role to be extended or become permanent

**Hours**: Mon to Fri full time office hours to fit the needs of the project - may need to include some evenings and weekends

**Holidays**: 24 plus stats on a pro rata basis
