Are you an experienced Project Manager or similar skill set with a strong background in commercial construction, groundworks, and fit-out projects? We're looking for a proactive and hands-on leader to oversee the development of a new office block and the fit-out and renovation of two industrial warehouse units, as well as contribute to the ongoing maintenance and development of our operational yard, previous hands on experience is ideal.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering the project within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant the business and relevant stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing all phases of the new office block construction – from groundworks to completion.
  • Overseeing the renovation and fit-out of two industrial warehouse units.
  • Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Maintaining site safety, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Assisting in the continued development and day-to-day maintenance of our yard and facilities.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Site Foreman, Project Manager, or similar supervisory role in construction.
  • Strong understanding of groundworks, structural building, and interior fit-outs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams on-site effectively.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Hands-on and solutions-focused approach.
