We are seeking an experienced Security Officer to work in Manchester at our Bruntwood site.

Shift Pattern: Various shift's available.

Pay rate: £11.50 per hour.

The Security Officer role would suit those with excellent interpersonal skills and who wish to develop skills in security, gatekeeping, and as a Security Officer.

**Roles and Responsibilities will include the following**:

- Maintaining a safe and secure environment & ensure safe access to the building at all times.
- Carrying out patrols/hazard reporting etc as requested.
- Ensuring all Health & Safety policies are adhered to.
- Completing all necessary reports in line with company documentation.
- Access/ Egress control.
- Monitoring of alarms & CCTV system.
- Key Holding responsibilities.
- Controlling and monitoring access to the carparks.
- General refuse management & ensuring overall tidiness on site.
- Provide a high standard of customer service.
- Be polite, helpful, and diligent, with a ‘can do’ ethos.
- Have a calm personality capable of controlling difficult situations.
- General cleaning and upkeep of site.
- Valid frontline SIA Licence.
- Valid and full UK driving licence, preferable.
- Access to own vehicle, preferable
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Fully comprehensive 5-year work/education history.
- Excellent attention to detail.
