Reception Nights Supervisor

We are looking for dynamic individuals that put great customer service at the heart of everything that they do. Using your creative nature & personality, you will work alongside the team & lead by example to drive their performance in delivering excellent customer service in all interactions, & profitability through driving sales & minimising wastage.

**Responsibilities of a Night Supervisor**:

- Reporting to the Front Office Manager & Night Manager
- Being able to confidently communicate all our room packages & offers available to customers.
- Accurately dealing with all payment transactions (cash, card, and room charge) in the correct manner according to company guidelines.
- Running the End of Day procedure and making sure room bills balance
- Providing a warm and welcoming service at all touch points with the guests ensuring that any queries or requirements are dealt with accordingly.
- Managing day-to-day staffing needs, planning and assigning work, and contributing to setting performance and development goals for team members
- Ensuring the team delivers on quality and guest satisfaction goals - making sure you all maintain a high level of guest satisfaction

**The experience & qualifications required are**:

- Previous experience in a Front office supervisory/team leader position
- Attentive, professional customer service skills
- Experience on Opera would be advantageous

**About the Hotel**

Housed in the magnificent Grade II listed Central Buildings, dating back to 1884, the beautifully restored boutique hotel is steeped in history. The Beatles-inspired hotel features elegantly furnished and individually decorated rooms with specially commissioned artwork.

The hotel’s flagship restaurant, Blakes, is named after pop artist Sir Peter Blake who created the artwork for the cover of the Sgt Peppers album cover. Guests can indulge in a delicious meal whilst surrounded by wall to wall Beatles artwork. The hotel has 2 bars, Bar Four, one of Liverpool’s premier cocktail bars and The Lounge & Bar which hosts some of the city’s top acoustic musicians every Friday and Saturday night.
