Fourblue are working with a leading EPC service provider that is revolutionising the way the world produces and consumes electricity with innovative solar and battery storage solutions. To date they have installed over 480 PV systems with a total output of more than 4GW worldwide.

As the Head of Project Management, you will provide management and oversight to the project management team whilst maintaining and enhancing the company’s reputation as an industry leader of solar PV and battery storage projects.

**Responsibilities of the Head of Project Management**:

- Provide line management, strategic vision and technical oversight of project management team
- Ensure project functional reporting lines to Director of Project Management & Construction within the UK and Europe are maintained and executed
- Grow the team in order to deliver expanding pipeline of projects
- Allocate resourcing to projects within full lifecycle so that they are delivered on time and in budget without compromising safety or quality
- Support EPC sales and tendering process with resource assessment, contract negotiation and technical expertise
- Assess business processes and identify process gaps or areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement within project delivery
- Provide experience and expertise to mitigate and overcome challenges encountered during project delivery
- Effectively assess commercial and contractual risk
- Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts with Clients, subcontractors and suppliers throughout the industry whilst positively representing the company

**Criteria for the Head of Project Management**:

- Degree qualified in relevant or complimentary discipline
- Extensive track record of leading teams in the delivery of utility scale solar PV and/or Battery Storage projects is a must
- Commercial and contractual acumen is required
- 3+ year’s experience in equivalent role or of leading a team with reporting obligations.
- Right to work in the UK
