**Operations Coordinator**

**£25,000-£27,000**

**The Role**

We are seeking a dynamic and organised Operations Coordinator to join our client's thriving team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of their large, multi-site warehouse and dispatch operations. You will be responsible for processing sales orders, coordinating with dispatch teams, liaising with third-party logistics providers, and managing customs documentation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Order Processing: Efficiently process sales orders received from both wholesale and retail stores.
- Dispatch Coordination: Work closely with the warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Logistics Management: Coordinate with third-party transport suppliers to arrange delivery of orders.
- Customs Documentation: Prepare and process necessary customs documentation to facilitate international shipments.
- Operational Support: Provide support to the wider operations team, contributing to process improvement and problem-solving.

**The Person**
- Experience: Proven experience in a busy dispatch or logistics environment is essential
- IT Proficiency: Strong IT skills, including proficiency in software systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of the role.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to find innovative solutions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
