**JOB TITLE**:Office Manager
**JOB TYPE**: FTC 3 - 6 months (Could go permanent)
**SALARY**: £38,000 - £43,000 generous benefits package

**Duties**:
- Manage the logistics for the current office move
- Be the first point of contact and manage all office related matters - reception queries, suppliers, facilities, cleaners, etc.
- Create and manage office communication boards
- Support the CFO with the property (Landlord and building) related matters
- Ensure the office space is well maintained - take pride in creating a great working environment for staff and a presentable space for visitors
- Book flights, hotels and make travel arrangements for UK staff as requested
- Organise, co-ordinate and promote the Company's culture initiatives (events and celebrations) - be the Company's ambassador during social events
- Manage, review and update all Health and Safety policies and procedures for London office
- Keep abreast of best H&S practice and recommend necessary changes and compliance requirements, staff training, etc.
- Deliver onboarding inductions for new joiners
- Perform regular safety maintenance reviews of the office environment, review findings with CFO and complete resulting actions
- Be the main Fire Marshall and First Aider for the London office
- Maintain the accident book and first aid box
- Work with the HR Business Partner on the development and execution of strong employee communications
- Issue letters to staff under the guidance of the HR Business Partner
- Take the lead on the London Social and Charity Committee - manage the budget, organise the events, encourage staff participation from across the business
- Assisting the senior management team with - scheduling & calendar management, mailbox management, planning & management of meetings, travel coordination etc.
- Preparing Documentation - collate presentations, reports, minutes as and when required by the CEO and/or the rest of the Executive team in a timely manner
- Project Management - drive effective execution on a varying range of projects, including research on behalf of the CE
- Assist the CEO and other Executives with the correct management of their teams absence records, holiday requests
**Experience, knowledge and skills required**
- Previous experience as an office manager
- Experienced in managing an office move
- Experience of making considered judgement calls independently
- Excellent English (spoken and written)
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in writing business communications
- Excellent planning & execution skills
- Project Management experience
