Roster Co-ordinator

Day to day management of electronic rotas on a continual basis, ensuring that all staff are provided with accurate up to date duty rotas. The post holder will manage the ward rosters under the supervision of the ward sister/charge nurse.

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring all roster changes are updated in a timely manner to support the service requirement. The role requires a full understanding of the system from set-up, running rotas, ensuring annual leave, study leave and sickness absence is incorporated into the process thereby ensuring the efficient and effective staffing on the wards.

The post holder will provide up to date management of the rotas across the allocated ward ensuring work is evenly distributed, accurate and timely, as well as policy compliant.
