An exciting opportunity has become available at a teacher training secondary school based in central Reading who are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and empathetic teaching assistant to join their learning support team as soon as possible. In this TeachingAssistant position you will get to work across multiple departments, including the sciences, humanities, and creative departments. They are looking for a graduate for this teaching assistant position who is seeking to gain experience supporting class teachersin delivering lesssons, as well as someone who would love to support students 1:1 or lead small group sessions.

Could this be you?
- **Graduate (ideally 2:1 or above)**:

- **Previous experience working or volunteering with children in an educational environment**:

- **Good education background (GCSE's in Maths and English)**:

- **Can commit to minimum 1 full academic yea**

**_Build experience and train to become a Secondary Teacher_**

A graduate with a degree graded 2:1 or above is ideal for this role and a graduate with some previous experience working with children is desirable. This relevant previous experience could include childcare, tutoring, helping within a nursery, in a sportsetting, charity or in a similar classroom setting. However, this is not crucial - Graduates with no experience are still welcome

**Salary: £65-£75 per day**
