This lovely secondary school based in Reading are looking for a Drama graduate to join their learning support team as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. They are looking for an idividual with the empathy, patience, and creativity that is so inherent to the CreativeArts to support their students across Key Stage 3-5. This Teaching Assistant role is an excellent opportunity to build experience raising the academic attainment of children through 1:1 support for those students who need it most, such as those with weak criticalthinking + creative skills, English as a Second Language, and Complex Needs.

Are you an Aspiring Drama Teacher? This Reading Secondary School have a dedicated Teacher Training programme to support you through the School's Direct Route into teacher training, with several teachers trained at the school already.

The Role:

- Drama Graduate Teaching Assistant.
- Immeidate Start.

- £65-£80.
- 1:1 and small group support.
- Will support students with English as a second language, weak critical thinking skills, and SEN students.
