We are now looking for an experienced midweight Copywriter to join our established team. Editions Financial are a part of Commmunisis, an OSG company.
**THE ROLE**
We are looking for a proactive, creative and resourceful writer with broad content experience. Any time spent writing in FS would be a plus. You will have an important role on a growing team of writers. Your high-quality work will support the Editorial Director and Managing Editor in the smooth delivery of great content for our clients. This role is flexible - you can work from home, the Edinburgh office or a mix of both, and we’re also happy to talk about a 4-day week option.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
You will be expected to produce editorial content with our fantastic in-house team of strategists, writers and account managers, liaising with clients to produce impactful and engaging campaigns. You will write a wide variety of content, from thought leadership and white papers to social posts and podcasts and everything in between. You may also support our work with freelancers, so you should be able to help brief the agency and/or external writers on project requirements. You should be confident in evaluating your work and liaising with the account team and studio to ensure the best creative outcome is reached before delivery to the client.
**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**:

- Minimum 2-3 years copywriting experience - Experience in, or with, a content marketing agency - Appreciation for content marketing principles, techniques and effectiveness and the ability to produce and productively critique editorial content - High standards of written and spoken English and polished presentation skills - Ability to proofread effectively - high level of skill in English, including spelling, grammar and punctuation - Computer skills: word processing, spreadsheet, presentation. Ability to adapt to in-house project management systems - Experience in FS.
