**London office, hybrid working 3 days office / 2 days home + Travel**

**The company** For over 2 decades this media & events company has been successfully developing their reputation as a leading producer of international large scale conference & exhibitions. This company's events attract thousands of high-level business professionals, andinternationally recognised sponsors, and are a great platform for start-up companies to promote their products or services.

**The job** This new entry level role is perfect for a Graduate looking to step into the B2B events industry and pursue a career in research, content, sales or marketing.

Within this role, you will take responsibility for developing the audience of the event by promoting complimentary VIP passes to individually selected business professionals. Also, a large part of the role will be securing start-up companies to exhibit atthe event, you will be responsible for identifying, researching and securing relevant & exciting start-up businesses that would benefit from exhibiting at the event.

There will be data and business lead’s available for you to develop, however, this role would suit an inquisitive person who uses their initiative and source many of their VIPS & Start-ups through networking, internet research and collaboration with sales,marketing & production.

**The person** To be considered for this position you will be:

- A graduate with a 2:1 or a 1st degree
- Telephone based work experience would be beneficial - customer service, sales, research
- Be organised and have really good time management skills
- Be a collaborative and positive team player
- Have creative and innovative business ideas
- As you will be working on a big event you need resilience, commitment, motivation and determination to keep going
- Be capable of proactively working to deadlines and targets
