About the Role**
** About you**
You must have a minimum Level 6 or higher Careers Guidance qualification for this role. You will need recent relevant experience of delivering careers guidance in educational settings (within the last 4 years). You will have a thorough understanding of the education and training opportunities available to young people. Your excellent communication skills will be utilised with young people. You will have empathy and motivational skills to help the young people move forwards. You will have excellent organisational and IT skills in order to manage your workload and record all interventions. Your style and approach will reflect our EPIC values and behaviours.
