**The Role**
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Baglioni Hotel London. We are looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support and work closely alongside our Sales Manager and relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate promotion of the business and clear communication with client.
As part of the Sales & Marketing team based in Baglioni Hotel London, the Digital Marketing Coordinator responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following tasks:
- To keep up to date the hotel’s accounts on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, including all related activities (e.g. posts, marketing options, campaigns) and analysis in cooperation with the head office in Milan;
- To establish and maintain relationships with social media influencers and marketing partners of Baglioni Hotel London;
- To assist with the design and preparation of menus for F&B events and the restaurant team;
- To liaise with Purchasing and Head office to ensure that all brochures and other hotel documentation is printed correctly;
- To create internal promotions and communication for the outlets and hotel;
- To assist in the development, creation and launch of new products that will keep us relevant and ahead of the curve.
**The successful Digital Marketing Coordinator will have**:
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work well under pressure, multitask and manage time effectively.
- Good communication, organisation and negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Flexibility as from time to time or in circumstances when requested by Management a particular event might require you to be at work either during weekends or later in the evening.
