**We have a superb opportunity to join the Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship and gain an opportunity to work for** **a leading international marketing agency.**

This is a perfect entry position for an ambitious and confident applicant with a great can-do attitude who would like to start a career in Digital Marketing and gain current and expert knowledge for the School of Marketing expert tutors and support team.

**Purpose of Role**

Ensure the smooth and professional running of all client and team activities. Act as the key administrative support.

**Responsibilities will include**:
**Client Excellence**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, media and networks; ensure a high standard of communication (verbal and written) with these groups that is clear, concise and persuasive.
- Complete media monitoring as defined by clients needs.
- Prepare coverage reports and monthly/quarterly reports etc.
- Proactively monitor and flag trends or coverage from clients’ competitors, market or industry.
- Conduct and compile research in relation to new and existing clients.
- Actively participate in creative brainstorm sessions, supporting and encouraging colleagues.
- Start to develop an understanding of the company, the clients and their sectors, the media and the competitive environment.
- Deal with client requests professionally and promptly and with an appreciation of both Ketchum’s and individual clients’ working methods, procedures and preferences.
- Efficiently plan, organise and support events and projects for your teams and/or clients.
- Respond collaboratively to other teams/colleagues request for support and/or assistance.
- Ensure high quality and attention to detail.

**Business development**
- Process personal and/or team accounts accurately and promptly including; invoices, purchase orders and expenses. Ensure all costs are charged accurately to the appropriate accounts.
- Submit all timesheets in a punctual and accurate manner.
- Work with suppliers and ensure that goods and services are delivered to the agreed time and quality specifications.
- Demonstrate an understanding of current business performance and future plans, focus efforts on business objectives and adding value.
- Proactively as well as in order to support your teams, research information of interest to existing clients. Communicate findings to your team.

**Talent Engagement**
- Work cohesively and collaboratively with your team, coordinating administration, prioritising work-load and anticipating areas in need of assistance or improvement.
- Act quickly and decisively to deal with potential problems, seeking guidance when necessary.
- Demonstrate willingness to perform beyond assigned duties if requested.
- Maintain regular, up-to-date communication with your team. Inform reception daily of team whereabouts including holiday and absence leave.
- Work passionately, with a professional attitude, and uphold the highest standards of accuracy and quality at all times, even under pressure. Actively seek regular feedback to develop. Confidently and effectively plan and work with managers to manage own workload to ensure deadlines are met.
- Participate in the companies PMS (Performance Management System) and complete all competency feedback forms on request for your colleagues.
- Conduct phone interviews; take on, mentor and support work experience students, providing them with a well planned schedule of work and feedback to give a positive impression of the company and PR.

**Administration and Reporting**:

- Proficiently organise and maintain day-to-day administrative team support, this may include: maintaining up-to-date information systems; preparing and managing mail-out support; drafting invites, letters and reports for team; preparing and logging client/account coverage boards; manage team stationery needs, monitoring stock levels; ad-hoc project work and carrying out specific or general research.
- Display competent event management skills; efficiently coordinate and organise team diaries, internal/external meetings, team travel requirements (flight/car/hotel bookings), budget reconciliations and logistic and time plans.
- Produce accurate and timely contact, WIP (Work In Progress), status, event and coverage reports to teams/clients.
- Demonstrate and maintain up-to-date knowledge and capability in all main software packages including Microsoft Office.

**Criteria - to be eligible for an apprenticeship you must be**:

- Minimum of 16 years of age
- GCSE English and Maths (or equivalents) at grade C or above
- Resident of the UK for the past 3 years
- At least 50% of your working time spent in England, UK
- Not currently on any educational related visa
