This role will support the planning, development and delivery of all aspects of Global non-launch event activity. The focus will be on supporting the creation of events from brief to execution while ensuring exceptional standards of professionalism are maintained as a representative of Jaguar Land Rover. The role will cover the admin support of events and will include the delivery of the less complex smaller events.

The role will involve working on a diverse range of events and activities including; high profile events with Royal or Diplomatic involvement, Product launch events, Global Customer Events, Hospitality Events, Investor Events, European and Overseas dealer visits, Corporate Social Events, overseas Incentive visits to the UK, Sponsorship event activation and internal and external events on behalf of Jaguar Land Rover.

**WHAT TO EXPECT**
- To use event briefs to identify key objectives and determine detailed requirements on costs, design and execution. Support in development of production schedules and critical timing plans in line with delivery dates
- Work with colleagues to brief relevant agencies and suppliers regarding event concept and all creative, technical, logístical and administrative elements
- Assist in the effective Project management and delivery of events being organised by the team both in the UK and abroad
- Contribute to the in-house conference production of smaller events where little/no budget exists to appoint external suppliers utilising existing events assets
- To support colleagues working with Senior Central and National Sales Companies management to determine event objectives and ensure that the event format and delivery meets and where possible exceeds those requirements
- Contribute to the preparation of management information to assist and enable detailed price negotiations with suppliers, in conjunction with Purchasing, in order to achieve the best possible options for the company without compromising quality
- Manage Dept admin, finance processes/raising of Purchase orders and admin support
- Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**

**Essential**:

- Proven experience of supporting the delivery of successful events management and brand marketing
- Good communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience of working in the automotive sector
- Some experience of supplier management and interpreting event briefs
- Some knowledge of production schedules and critical timing plans
