**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate department
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Provide general administrative support, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
- Handle internal inquiries and route them to the appropriate team members
- Keep track of office supplies and place orders as needed
- Ensure the reception area is presentable at all times
- Uphold a high level of confidentiality at all times

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Proactive and able to prioritize tasks
- Ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of tasks
