**Overview**

**Duties**
As a Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Implementing and following individual care plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Communicating effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintaining accurate records of client progress and any changes in their condition
- Supporting clients in social activities and encouraging their independence.
- Driving clients to appointments or social outings as required.
- Ensuring a safe and clean environment for clients by adhering to health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a care or hospital setting is essential.
- A genuine compassion for helping others and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being able to work independently when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £14.57-£21.29 per hour

Additional pay:

- Signing bonus
